PROJECT BODY 30

Short on time? This 30 minute circuit style class is the perfect way to incorporate a short, yet effective, workout into your routine.  Great for individuals of levels, participants will work together to complete the workout or “project” of the day.

 

Equipment: Various equipment, mat or rubber flooring (byo water bottle, small towel)

This 45 minute active recovery session takes a holistic approach to improve body function utilizing the Corefirst Handsfree Training System & combining elements such as stretch, mobility, stability, and breathework.


Equipment:  Corefirst Trainer, mat or rubber flooring        (byo water bottle, small towel)

This 45 minute class takes the use of the Corefirst Training System to the next level! Normally a hands free unit,  free hands and feet are used to incorporate other equipment, while firing  up core engagement at the same time.

STICKMOBILITYMoBILE STABLE STRONG (MSS)

In this 45 min class the  Stick Mobility training system is used to improve mobility, stability, and strength. This system combines joint mobilizations, strength training, and deep fascial stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.



Equipment:  Stick Mobility set of 3 sticks, mat or rubber flooring,  (byo water bottle, small towel)

This 45 minute class uses the Stick Mobility Training System and various stretch techniques to improve flexibility and range of movement. 



Equipment:  Stick Mobility set of 3 sticks, mat or rubber flooring,  (byo water bottle, small towel)

MINDBODY STRENGTH

This 45 minute class is all about the mind, body, and spirit connection & building lean muscle through intentional movement while cultivating mindfulness. 

 

Equipment: Various equipment, yoga mat (byo water bottle, small towel)

Stretching on a Mat

Breath  & Stretch

This 45 minute class combines breathing techniques and light full body stretching, helping the participant feel relaxed while increasing flexibility and increasing oxygen to the muscle.
