Gift Certificate refunds will only be honored two days after initial purchase. Please contact management as soon as possible to ensure a speedy refund.

 

Membership dues will not be refunded. If you know you cannot make your pending charge, please contact management at least five days before your monthly payment is set to withdrawel so we can either freeze or cancel your account. Excessive prepaid services will be given extended time to utilize sessions.
